Derek Kyle Howard
Derek Kyle Howard has been in the land surveying industry for 25 years and a licensed Professional Land Surveyor since 2007. He has been responsible for thousands of property boundary, right-of-way, ALTA/NSPS, oil/gas/mineral, topographic, environmental, construction layout, and land development surveys. He is licensed to practice land surveying in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. He currently serves as company President and Supervising Professional for land surveying services at Delta Consulting, Inc.

Brandon C. Thornton
Brandon C. Thornton has worked in the Surveying and Engineering sector for the last 20 years. He began his career as a draftsman and engineering technician on Civil Engineering projects then moved into surveying soon thereafter. With post-secondary education from Northwestern State University and University of Wyoming, he is now a multi-state licensed Professional Land Surveyor. He currently manages all survey operations at the Natchitoches office and serves as Vice-President of Delta Consulting, Inc.

Project ManagerJarod Taylor
Jarod Taylor has been in the electrical engineering industry for over 26 years. He has been responsible for project design and implementation for a range of projects including electrical substations, installation of substation transformers and breakers, and electric distribution and transmission pole line feeders. He currently serves as company Secretary and Engineering Manager for engineering services at Delta Consulting, Inc.
PLSDakota A. Scott
Dakota Scott graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology in 2021. While there, he was introduced to surveying as a part of the Construction Engineering Technology program. After graduation, he came on board at Delta Consulting, Inc. as an intern and was later hired as a full time field staff member in the fall of 2021. While working full time, Dakota enrolled and continued his education, focusing on Land Surveying, at the University of Wyoming. Since then he has continued to progress with the company and is currently a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
