Delta Consulting, Inc. has been proudly serving Natchitoches and surrounding communities since 1972, when it was founded as Natchitoches Engineering Services by W. Pierre Lemoine. What began as a small, locally owned firm with a passion for client-focused service has evolved into a trusted name in engineering, consulting and land surveying across North Louisiana. In 1984, under the leadership of Rick Nowlin, the firm became N&A, Inc. and continued to expand its reach and expertise. In 2019, the company adopted its current name—Delta Consulting, Inc.—and is now locally owned and operated by Kyle Howard, Jarod Taylor, and Brandon Thornton.

Though the name and size of our firm has changed over the years, our core commitment remains the same: to deliver excellent, personalized service to every client—municipal, commercial, and private alike.

Delta Consulting has proudly partnered on a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies and site planning to full-scale engineering design and contract administration. Our services include everything from site selection to the development of detailed construction plans and project oversight. We’ve also helped local governments navigate and manage public facility grants through programs like the Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG), Rural Economic and Community Development, and the State Revolving Loan Fund.
